FINANCIAL AND BILLING INFORMATION
CONSULTATIONS
All appointments are required to be paid for on the day of consultation.
We accept credit card, cash, or cheque as payment methods.
Upon payment, you will be able to take your receipt to Medicare and claim a rebate for a portion of the consultation fee.
SURGERY
If Dr Price determines that you require an operation, our staff will be able to provide you with a cost estimate for your surgery. This financial consent will outline the costs, rebates and out of pocket expenses for Dr Price. Payment for your surgery is required at your post-operative appointment.
We will also provide you with the contact details of the Anaethetist, and Assistant, so that you can obtain information from them regarding their separate costs.
