MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
Appointments are available at the rooms at Park Street Medical Suites, Suite 3, 62 Park Street, Pimlico. Your GP will fax or email through to us a referral for you to see Dr Price. All referrals are reviewed and triaged according to the urgency of your condition. Our reception staff will then contact you by mail or phone with an appointment date. If you don’t hear from us within 2 weeks of seeing your GP, please phone our rooms. Please confirm you will attend your appointment a week before the appointment day. Please bring all xrays/scans etc to your appointment. We may ask you to have further investigations prior to your appointment. Our reception staff, Sonia and Sheralee are able to answer most of the questions you have regarding an appointment or information regarding your hospital stay. |

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT
Please bring the following to your initial appointment:-
- Any xrays,scans,pathology results,relating to your current condition.
- A copy of your GP’s referral letter.
- A list of any current medication you take.
- Your Medicare card and private insurance details. If relevant, your Veterans affairs card, workcover claim details.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT
At your initial consultation, you will firstly be seen by Dr Price’s assistant Mrs Deborah O’Kane. Deborah will record your medical history, before you are seen by Dr Price. Dr Price will determine your course of treatment. If you require surgery, this will be explained to you and you will be given a surgery date. All relevant paperwork will be given to you at the time of your appointment.
If Dr Price requires further investigations, xrays, scans or MRI’s, you will be advised.
