NON-OPERATIVE TREATMENT
Treatment options are individual to the patient and are aimed at symptom control. Some of the non operative treatment options include:
1. behavior and lifestyle modification (such as exercise, physio and braces)
2. medications such as panadol osteo or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or over the counter medications such as glucosamine or fish oil
